Using advanced diagnostic tools, we assess the extent of the repairs needed, both visible and structural. After the evaluation, we provide you with a detailed estimate, explaining what’s required and how long the repairs will take. We also work directly with your insurance company to make the process as smooth as possible.

Step 2

With your approval, our team gets to work on restoring your vehicle. We use state-of-the-art equipment and genuine parts to ensure the highest standard of repairs. From frame straightening and dent removal to expert auto body painting, we handle each aspect with precision and care. Throughout the process, we keep you updated on the progress, so you always know the status of your repair.

Step 3

Final Inspection and Quality Assurance

Once the repairs are completed, your vehicle goes through a rigorous quality assurance check. Our technicians inspect every detail to ensure the repairs meet our high standards. Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do immediately after an accident?

After ensuring everyone involved is safe, contact emergency services if needed. Exchange insurance information with the other driver(s) and document the scene with photos. Once that’s done, call your insurance company to report the accident, and then reach out to us to schedule an assessment. We’ll guide you through the next steps and help get your vehicle back on the road.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes, we work with all insurance companies to make the repair process as hassle-free as possible. Our team communicates directly with your insurer to streamline approvals and claims processing. Whether you’re filing a claim for the first time or have questions about coverage, we’ll help ensure the process is smooth and stress-free.

What types of collision repair services do you provide?

We offer a full spectrum of collision repair services, including bumper repair, fender restoration, dent removal, hail damage repair, windshield repair, aluminum repair, and professional auto paint services. Whether your vehicle has minor cosmetic damage or major structural issues, our team has the expertise and tools to restore it to its original condition.

How long will my collision repair take?

The time needed for repairs depends on the extent of the damage and the availability of parts and varies between vehicles. After assessing your vehicle, we’ll provide a detailed estimate with a projected timeline. We strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible without compromising on quality, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can you match the original color of my car's paint?

Yes, we use advanced color-matching technology to ensure as close to an exact match to your vehicle’s original paint as possible. Our expert painters take great care to blend the new paint seamlessly with the existing finish, ensuring the repaired areas are as undetectable as possible.

Can you repair aluminum panels on my vehicle?

Yes, we specialize in aluminum repair, which many body shops cannot perform in our area due to the specialized tools and training required. Aluminum behaves differently than traditional steel, so it requires advanced techniques and space to ensure a seamless and durable repair. Our team is fully equipped to handle aluminum repairs, providing exceptional results for your vehicle.

Is aluminum repair different from traditional body repair?

Yes, aluminum repair is more complex than traditional body repair due to the unique properties of aluminum. It requires specialized tools, training, and techniques because aluminum is lighter and more prone to stretching or tearing. Our technicians are experts in aluminum repair, ensuring your vehicle is restored with the precision and care it deserves.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

We offer same-day estimates and welcome walk-ins during our business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you want to guarantee a specific time, you’re welcome to call ahead at (615) 439-2849. Either way, we’ll get you a thorough, detailed estimate as quickly as possible.

Do you offer rental vehicles while my car is being repaired?

Yes. We provide on-site rental services so you don’t have to arrange transportation separately. You can drop your vehicle off and pick up a rental in the same visit, making the transition as seamless as possible while your repairs are completed.

Will my insurance cover the cost of a rental car during repairs?

Many insurance policies include rental reimbursement coverage, depending on your plan and the circumstances of the claim. We can help you understand what your policy covers and work directly with your insurer on your behalf. If rental coverage is part of your plan, we’ll coordinate the details so you don’t have to.

Can I choose Saints Collision even if my insurance company suggests a different shop?

Absolutely. In Tennessee, you have the right to choose your own repair shop regardless of what your insurance company recommends. Insurance companies may have preferred networks, but you are not legally required to use them. We work with all carriers and will handle the communication on your behalf once you choose us as your repair shop.

Do you repair vehicles after deer collisions?

Yes, and this is one of the most common types of damage we see in Sumner County and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area, particularly during deer season in the fall and early winter. A deer strike can cause serious damage to your hood, bumper, fenders, grille, and headlights, and the structural damage isn’t always visible from the outside. We perform a thorough inspection to assess all damage, visible and structural, and restore your vehicle to manufacturer specifications.

What is a DRP, and are you part of one?

A Direct Repair Program (DRP) is a network arrangement where an insurance company refers customers to specific shops. We work with all insurance companies regardless of DRP relationships, and we always prioritize your vehicle’s proper repair over cost-cutting pressures. Our I-CAR Gold Class certification means we hold ourselves to the highest industry standards, every time.

Are your repairs guaranteed?

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our repairs are performed by I-CAR Gold Class certified technicians using manufacturer-approved methods and materials. If you have any questions or concerns about your repair after you pick up your vehicle, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can make it right. Your satisfaction and your vehicle’s integrity are our top priorities.
